Professor Feng Huailiang, Director of the Center for Reproductive Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Queens Hospital, Cornell University, USA, spoke on the topic of “Characteristics of eggs and embryos in elderly women and their personalized culture”. Prof. Feng talked about the natural conditions of reproduction in older women: high FSH and low AMH; few follicles; poor egg quality; poor embryo quality; low IVF success rate; and high miscarriage rate. In addition, Prof. Feng talked about the personalized way of embryo culture and insemination for senior women in detail with her own experience.
