Plastic surgery method: In the case of thick upper eyelid skin and muscle, incision method is recommended, and if there is too much fat, the fat can be removed. 3.Asymmetrical eyes Characteristics: Everyone cannot have two eyes exactly alike, but if the difference is too big, it is necessary to correct it through surgery. Take one eye as a reference and adjust the other eye. It is also possible to perform blepharoplasty on both eyes at the same time to make both eyes a little more symmetrical. Plastic surgery method: Treat the cause of the eye asymmetry for the right reason. 4. Sunken Eye Type Characteristics: Sunken eyes with too little fat under the eyes can look a bit neurotic, and most of these conditions are congenital, but there are also those that develop with age. Plastic surgery: Fat or hyaluronic acid is injected into the upper eyelid to give the eyes a youthful appearance. Some of the transplanted fat will be absorbed, while the rest of the fat will need to be placed for a period of time, so the recovery period will be a little longer than for general blepharoplasty, and the swelling may last for a while. 5, the corners of the eyes are upturned Features: the corners of the eyes are upturned, usually giving people a fierce and cold impression. The main reason for the upturned corners of the eyes is that the outer corner ligament in the ligamentous tissue of the corner of the eyes is too high attached to the eye socket bone, but people with upturned corners of the eyes can sometimes look sultry. Plastic surgery method: adjust the line of the eyelids and move the highest point of the eyelids to the center of the eyes. 6.Sagging corners of the eyes Characteristics: If the corners of the eyes droop, although it gives people a sense of meekness, it will look melancholy or look older. Plastic surgery method: you can cut the outer corner of the eye to slightly raise the corner of the eye and increase the amplitude of the eye, or adjust the line of the eyelid to move the highest point to the corner of the eye. 7. Eye bags Characteristics: The protrusion of fat from the eye sockets, which is more likely to occur especially after middle age, causes the lower eye sockets to form a drooping pouch that can be corrected with lower blepharoplasty. With lower blepharoplasty, the skin can be effectively removed and the fat can be removed or resurfaced to eliminate the prominence and improve wrinkles. It is suitable for older adults who have deep wrinkles due to skin laxity. Plastic surgery method: For those with good skin elasticity, fat adjustment through conjunctival approach is not recommended to remove too much fat. In more cases, external incision is needed to re-enforce the fixed orbital septum and restore the normal anatomical level, avoiding the removal of tissues in one go. 8.Multi-layer double eyelids Characteristics: People with large eyes and thin eyelids have too little muscle and subcutaneous fat so it is easy to form multi-layer double eyelids, and the biggest reason is due to the relaxation of the skin. Plastic surgery method: The most suitable and beautiful eyelid line will be fixed in several lines. 9. Protruding eyes Characteristics: The eyeballs protrude forward, giving a cold impression. Even though the eyelid height is the same, this type of person looks taller than normal people. The eyes appear larger. Therefore, it is recommended that the height be adjusted downward during surgery. Plastic surgery method: It is easier to set the eyelid line low and do less skin removal or fat removal. If the eyelid line is set high, the eyes will look more prominent. 10. Re-surgery Characteristics: The eyelids disappear after the previous surgery, the eyelids are too low, too high, or swollen, so they are asked to do the eyelids again. It is important to grasp the situation before surgery. Plastic surgery method: Depending on the cause of the bad eye shape, the treatment is symptomatic.
