Dermatophytosis and eczema can be differentiated according to the etiology, clinical manifestations and treatments.

2. 3. Treatment: ringworm mainly use terbinafine ointment and ketoconazole ointment and other antifungal drugs; and eczema mainly use glycerine lotion, dexamethasone ointment and other drugs to symptomatic itching, severe cases can be oral chlorpheniramine maleate and other anti-allergy drugs.
Dermatophytosis and eczema are both common skin diseases, but it is generally difficult for ordinary people to distinguish.
