The time to get pregnant after uterine fibroid surgery depends on the location of the fibroid: 1) subplasmalemma: pregnancy is possible six months after surgery; 2) intermural fibroids: pregnancy is possible one year after surgery; 3) submucosal fibroids or fibroids mostly in the intermural and partly in the submucosa: pregnancy is possible two years after surgery. Foreign experts believe that pregnancy is possible six months after surgery, but domestic experts discussed that the time of pregnancy needs to be decided according to the location of the patient’s myoma because the location of each person’s myoma is different.
