Will ruptured capillaries heal on their own?

Patients with ruptured capillaries who have mild symptoms can usually heal on their own without clinical intervention. However, if the patient has more severe symptoms or other hematologic disorders, it is difficult to heal on its own. Capillaries are relatively small vessels, and their causes are often due to trauma, increased capillary fragility or increased permeability. If the capillaries rupture, they can stop bleeding on their own and no special treatment is needed. However, if the patient’s capillaries bleed unconsciously, it may be due to hematologic disorders or vascular diseases, which are difficult to heal on their own. It is recommended to visit the vascular surgery department of a regular hospital and improve relevant examinations under the guidance of a doctor to clarify the specific cause. In addition, patients should usually pay attention to the humidity of the surrounding environment. If capillary rupture occurs, local ice can be applied in the early stage, and treatment measures such as hot compresses and physical therapy are given in the later stage, so there is no need to worry too much.
