Is smoker’s disease a major disease?

Case: Ms. Hu, from Hebei, was recently diagnosed with smog. But she had never heard of such a disease and was very scared. The doctor told her that she had to undergo surgery to cure the disease, and that she had to go to Beijing, which was not possible locally. Ms. Hu wondered if smog was a major disease. Smog is a major disease, I should say. It is a relatively rare cerebrovascular disease that can cause cerebral ischemia, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage, and sometimes it can strike suddenly without any signs, which is very dangerous and has serious consequences. This Ms. Hu had several episodes of cerebral infarction, frequent attacks of limb weakness, no spirit. Later, she found us through online search and recovered from the smog disease through combined vascular bypass surgery. In Ms. Hu’s case, she was fortunate that she did not suffer from particularly severe neurological damage and recovered well from the surgery. Smog can sometimes lead to acute cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, which can be disabling or even fatal in severe cases. Therefore, once a patient with smog is clearly diagnosed, it is recommended that surgery should be performed as soon as possible to avoid irreversible consequences. For the treatment of smog, the combined vascular bypass surgery carried out by our team is a very effective treatment modality. It is a composite procedure of direct bypass + patching, in which while the direct bypass rapidly improves the blood supply to the brain, a multifactorial patch is applied to the brain surface to induce the formation of neovascularization, further expanding the scope of blood supply improvement and achieving a more desirable treatment effect, which is absolutely beneficial to the patient. Currently, the team has successfully cured more than a thousand cases of smog patients from all over China through combined vascular bypass surgery.
