Dizziness, nausea and cold sweat in the morning

The symptoms of early morning dizziness, nausea and cold sweat can be caused by many factors, which need to be analyzed in combination with the patient’s previous underlying diseases and the form of the dizziness attack, as follows: 1. The most common ones, such as the elderly, are considered to be caused by insufficient blood supply to the brain, which is seen in posterior circulation ischemia, such as when the brainstem and cerebellum stimulate the vestibular nucleus; 2. Eating unclean food, when there is a gastrointestinal cold; 3. Improper sleep posture at night leads to the onset of cervical spondylosis, which puts pressure on the vertebral artery and belongs to the category of cervical vertigo; 4. Elevated blood pressure, because blood pressure has a peak in the early morning hours.
