Initial manifestations of gingival tumors

Gingival tumor is actually an inflammatory condition that initially manifests itself like most gingivitis, showing me bleeding when I brush my teeth or eat hard foods, or bleed when I inhale quickly. Also, gingival tumors tend to occur in a particular tooth location, i.e., not all over the mouth, but often in the front teeth or in individual areas. The site often has an obvious excess of calculus or resembles dentures or fillings that produce undesirable irritation. In the early stages, it is not very different from simple gum inflammation, which mainly manifests as bleeding, and it may be that somewhere, i.e. where the gingival tumor grows, the gums start to suddenly thicken and become higher, growing continuously towards the crown, with a noticeable extra piece of gum in that area, and some of them are red and some are harder. It has no impact on life and is often not taken seriously, sometimes it may feel that the area is bleeding more heavily, or when the front teeth affect the aesthetics, before drawing attention to it, so gingival tumors often have no special performance in the early stage.
