Is increased lung texture disorder serious?

When a chest radiograph or CT lung examination is taken, the result of the examination with increased disorder of lung texture is more serious. Most of them are caused by bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, silicosis, etc. Other tests need to be completed, and blood tests for routine blood tests, C-reactive protein, sputum culture, and also for mycoplasma antibodies, sputum examination and tuberculin test need to be done. If the infection is caused by mycoplasma, treatment with macrolides is required. If the infection is bacterial, penicillin or cephalosporins can be used, and in the case of tuberculosis, anti-TB drugs are needed.
