The causes of getting up in the morning with dizziness, vomiting and sweating are as follows: i. It is seen in posterior circulation ischemic attacks, especially in elderly patients due to atherosclerosis, narrowing of blood vessels, and slowing of blood flow due to sleep at night, with morning dizziness, nausea, vomiting, accompanied by panic and sweating in severe cases, and this condition can be given to patients to improve circulation; ii. vertigo attacks, such as Meniere’s disease, benign positional vertigo, vestibular neuronitis, etc. Patients have other accompanying symptoms such as tinnitus and stuffy ears, and patients are advised to consult neurology if necessary; third, getting up in the morning with dizziness, wanting to vomit and sweating is caused by some cervical spondylosis, also known as cervical vertigo, and patients have neck discomfort in addition to dizziness, wanting to vomit, panic and sweating.
