The basic treatment of pulmonary hypertension includes some of the following measures: (1) oxygen: oxygen through nasal cannula and mask can relieve hypoxia-related symptoms in patients with hypoxemia, resulting in improved cerebral hypoxia and physical status; (2) digoxin: helps the heart to deliver blood more efficiently to maintain cardiac function, and is more appropriate for patients with atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter who have a significantly enlarged right heart and a rapid heart rate; (3) anticoagulants (3) Anticoagulants: to reduce and prevent blood clots in the pulmonary vessels; (4) Diuretics: to reduce fluid accumulation in the body and reduce edema in the feet, ankles and legs; (5) Dopamine: to help the heart work in advanced patients and to increase blood output from the heart.
