Minimally invasive treatment of cesarean incisional diverticulum

1.Hysteroscopic surgery: hysteroscopy is the most minimally invasive method for treating diverticula with cesarean incision, and it is the method with the highest cure rate at present. Hysteroscopy removes the tissue of the lower edge of the diverticulum, removes the polyps inside the diverticulum, electrocoagulates the intra-diverticular membrane and the dilated blood vessels. The diverticulum is flattened so that menstrual blood cannot accumulate, and the endothelium with secretory function and abnormal blood vessels are destroyed, thus achieving treatment. The prerequisite for this surgery is that the thickness of the uterine wall at the diverticulum is greater than 2 mm. 2.Transvaginal surgery: Transvaginal surgery can repair the diverticulum at the diverticulum where the thickness of the uterine wall is less than 2 mm for cesarean incision diverticulum. The efficiency of surgery is more than 80%. 3, laparoscopic surgery: laparoscopy is more fully exposed to the surgical field than transvaginal surgery. Surgical indications and surgical efficiency are similar to those of transvaginal surgery.
