Vulgaris keratosis is not foot fungus. Foot fungus is mostly a skin disease caused by a fungal infection, while vulgaris keratosis is a skin disease caused by a bacterial infection and are two different diseases.
Different treatment methods should be used for different diseases. Treatment of foot odour can start with a local soak in 3% boric acid solution, and after the blisters and dips have dried, topical antifungal creams (e.g. miconazole nitrate cream, naftifine ketoconazole cream, etc.) can be used.
If topical medication is not effective, consider oral antifungal medication such as Itraconazole, Terbinafine Hydrochloride etc. Vulgaris keratosis is mainly treated internally plus topical antibiotics against bacteria. Foot fungus is an infectious disease and fulminant keratosis is not an infectious disease; they are fundamentally different.
