Bronchiectasis hemoptysis is mainly caused by the rupture of blood vessels in the bronchial mucosa due to various reasons, and the first step is to use emergency hemostatic drugs. For mild hemoptysis, use Yunnan Baiyao hemostatic capsules, tincture of Yunnan Baiyao, hemostatic minerals, hemostatic aromatic acid, vitamin C, vitamin K1, etc. For moderate to massive hemoptysis, use posterior pituitary hormone intravenous drip for hemostasis, which is prohibited for women with coronary artery disease, hypertensive heart disease, and pregnancy.
