What are the medications for gout pain relief

Gout pain relief drugs mainly include colchicine, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and so on.
1. Colchicine: Colchicine can inhibit the release of interleukin-1, glycoprotein chemotactic factor, leukotriene B4 and other substances, so as to play an anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect, usually starting from a small dose, in order to try to avoid renal failure, myelosuppression, hepatic necrosis, such as the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
2. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: common non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs include etoricoxib, sodium rosoprofen, diclofenac sodium, etc. These drugs can reduce the production of prostaglandins so as to play the role of pain, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, etc. However, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have the potential gastrointestinal bleeding and cardiovascular risk, and should be excluded from the relevant contraindications before the use of drugs.
