Transient vertigo is a common symptom in clinical practice and is commonly seen in the following diseases: 1. hypertension: under the condition of emotional stimulation, long-term fatigue, insomnia and other adverse triggers, elevated blood pressure can occur and manifest as transient vertigo; 2. hyperlipidemia: eating fatty food causes a sharp increase in blood lipids, resulting in dizziness; 3. acute transient ischemic attack: also known as TIA attack, manifesting as vertigo , dizziness, weakness of limbs, sudden fainting, etc. In case of vertigo combined with the above clinical symptoms, further laboratory tests and imaging examinations, such as cranial CT, cranial MRI and cervical vascular examination, are recommended.
