There are many different types of hemorrhoids, and different hemorrhoids are operated on in different ways. If it is a simple thrombosed external hemorrhoid, we can perform thrombectomy under local anesthesia. If it is a mixed hemorrhoid with 1 or 2 nuclei, we can perform a mixed hemorrhoid external peel and internal ligation under local anesthesia. If there are more prolapsed hemorrhoids and the symptoms are more severe, we can do minimally invasive surgery, namely PPH or TST, which is a circumferential stapling of the loose rectal mucosa above the dentate line to achieve a lifting of the anal cushion, thus achieving a radical solution to the hemorrhoid problem. There are also hemorrhoids if the symptoms of simple bleeding are not particularly strong and the protruding anal swelling is not particularly large, this can be treated conservatively with local topical application of tylenol cream, i.e. compound keratanate, and intra-anal insertion of tylenol suppositories. If the symptoms gradually worsen, the above-mentioned surgical treatment can be considered.
