Dizziness with vomiting and diarrhea is usually seen in acute gastroenteritis. Patients with acute gastroenteritis mainly present with vomiting and diarrhea, which may cause blood volume deficiency in severe cases. Severe blood volume deficiency may cause cerebral hypoperfusion, which can cause cerebral hypoperfusion. In case of inadequate blood supply to the vertebrobasilar system, patients mainly present with signs and symptoms of cerebellar and brainstem ischemia and hypoxia, and may experience dizziness, nausea, vomiting, balance disorders and ataxia, and may also experience nystagmus and diplopia, and some patients may experience episodes of dysphagia and choking on drinking water. In case of insufficient blood supply to the internal carotid artery system, patients may present with blackness in front of the eyes, unilateral limb sensory impairment and motor impairment, and weakness of the limbs. Patients may also present with hemianopia or quadrant blindness, and some patients may present with speech dysfunction, which is mainly treated with volume expansion and should be treated with intravenous infusion of colloid fluid and rehydration.
