Uterine fibroids are a common and frequent disease in women, which seriously affects women’s work and life in Japan. We will consider the patient’s specific conditions such as age, fertility requirements, size of fibroids, growth site, and menstrual changes and other symptoms. At present, we offer a variety of treatments, including laparoscopic myomectomy and transvaginal myomectomy, transvaginal hysterectomy and surgical intervention for fibroids, which preserve the reproductive function of the uterus. Each patient can choose the appropriate treatment plan for his or her specific situation.
