Dizziness and weakness is what disease

Dizziness can be seen in many diseases: first, it is considered to be caused by cardiogenic diseases. The most common are cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation, which can cause dizziness and weakness. Individual patients can feel palpitations, and some patients do not show palpitations obviously. The diagnosis can usually be confirmed with an electrocardiogram. Second, dizziness and weakness can also be seen in myocardial ischemia and, in severe cases, myocardial infarction. Especially in diabetic patients, who are not sensitive to pain, when heart attack occurs, the main manifestation is dizziness, weakness and sweating, and the diagnosis can be confirmed by electrocardiogram and troponin. Again, dizziness and weakness can also be seen in patients with partial posterior circulation ischemia. In general, patients with cerebrovascular ischemia in the posterior circulation may experience dizziness, and in severe cases, nausea, vomiting, panic, and sweating, which can be diagnosed by intracranial vascular ultrasound.
