In acute myocardial infarction, the patient may have atypical angina pectoris or no pain in the precordial region, when the patient’s heart ejection fraction decreases within a short period of time, there will be insufficient blood supply to the brain, manifested as dizziness with symptoms of vomiting. Also, consider whether the patient has Meniere’s syndrome, otoliths, or vestibular neuronitis, which can cause sudden dizziness and vomiting symptoms.
