How long does it take to have a baby with frequent false contractions?

Frequent pseudocontractions are not directly related to labor, and the timing of labor cannot be predicted when they occur. Frequent pseudocontractions are related to the sensitivity of the uterine muscles and are usually short and irregular in duration. Pseudocontractions can be caused if the woman is overstressed, tired, has frequent fetal movements, or if the fetus is deprived of oxygen. Some women experience pseudocontractions after the 7th month of pregnancy. The frequency of pseudocontractions can reach about once every 10 minutes, but they do not cause abdominal pain, opening of the uterus, redness, water breakage, or fetal hypoxia. If the frequency and intensity of contractions increase and regular contractions occur, accompanied by abdominal pain and redness, it indicates that the pseudo contractions gradually change into real contractions, which is a precursor of labor. It is recommended that women get more rest when they have frequent pseudocontractions, keep their bowels open and do not do activities that increase abdominal pressure.
