Will a preterm miscarriage pass on its own?

Pre-eclampsia miscarriage may flow cleanly by itself, but it may also appear that it cannot flow cleanly. There are no clear symptoms or signs to determine whether pre-eclampsia miscarriage will flow cleanly by itself, and it is recommended to go to the hospital for ultrasound and other examinations to let the doctor determine whether it flows cleanly. If a pregnant woman who has had a pre-eclampsia miscarriage undergoes timely birth control treatment, it is possible to continue the pregnancy, but if the pregnant woman bleeds too much or bleeds for too long, there may be inevitable miscarriage, at this time it is generally difficult to continue the pregnancy, there may be two cases of complete miscarriage and incomplete miscarriage :1.Complete miscarriage:If the pregnant woman’s pregnancy material flows cleanly by itself after pre-eclampsia, all of it is discharged, and the bleeding from the vagina gradually decreases to disappear, then it is a complete miscarriage. Pregnant women should not judge by themselves whether the pregnancy is clean or not, but need to conduct ultrasound examination to confirm that the pregnancy is completely discharged from the uterus, the cervical opening is closed, and the uterus gradually returns to normal size. It is recommended that pregnant women with miscarriage consider taking Misoprostol and other drugs to promote uterine contraction and make the pregnancy flow out; 2. Incomplete miscarriage: usually refers to the fact that although some of the pregnancy material has been expelled after pre-miscarriage, some of the pregnancy material is still attached to the uterine wall and so on, thus remaining in the uterus and unable to flow out. If an incomplete miscarriage occurs in a pregnant woman, it is recommended to promptly undergo surgical treatment such as clearing the uterus to prevent infection, uterine bruising, cervical adhesion, cervical injury, uterine perforation, and even causing hemorrhage and shock in the pregnant woman. In addition, if uterine infection occurs during the process of pregnancy bleeding, it is recommended to use anti-infective drugs, such as cephalosporins and penicillins, for anti-inflammatory treatment as prescribed by the doctor. It is also recommended that pregnant women who have miscarried should avoid overexertion and sexual intercourse for a period of time, try to choose highly nutritious food, and have regular uterine examinations to reduce the occurrence of sequelae.
