Hypertensive renal damage is not the same thing as renal hypertension, and the causes of the two are different. Hypertensive renal damage is generally due to long-term uncontrolled hypertension caused by kidney damage, lasting 5-10 years can appear benign small arterial renal sclerosis pathological changes, as well as large blood vessels and cardiovascular pathology.
Renal hypertension, on the other hand, is mainly the result of substantial renal disease and renal vascular disease, with increased blood pressure and the presence of haematuria and proteinuria. The treatment for these two diseases is also different and targeted treatment can only be done after the cause is found.
