Difference between sweating herpes and blistering tinea versicolor

The difference between herpes sweat and herpes blister type tinea versicolor includes the etiology, clinical symptoms, examination mode, treatment mode and so on.
1. Etiology: the cause of herpes sweat is unknown, may be associated with mental tension, excessive pressure, sweaty hands and feet, fungal infection or contact with nickel, chromium and other metals occurring in the metamorphosis; herpes blister tinea versicolor occurs mainly due to dermatophyte infection.
2. Clinical symptoms: herpes sweat manifested as small blisters deep in the epidermis, symmetrically distributed on the palm surface or finger surface, blisters dry to form a white collar-like peeling, aggravated in summer, reduced in winter and other symptoms; blister tinea cruris often occurs unilaterally, scattered distribution in the palm of the hand and the finger side edge of the subcutaneous, blisters dry after the appearance of scales, papules, accompanied by obvious itching.
3. Examination mode:Sweat herpes do skin patch test, can identify the cause of allergic substances, to find allergens, also can do fungal culture, the test results can be negative; blister tinea versicolor need to do fungal microscopy or fungal culture, the test results are positive.
4. Treatment:Sweat herpes can be treated with sedative and tranquilizers, such as bromine and ghrelin, to improve the mental state, and antihistamines, such as loratadine, to relieve itching; blister-type tinea cruris needs to be treated with antifungal medications, such as itraconazole, terbinafine, and so on.
