Red eyes, foreign body sensation and blurriness are mainly seen in the following diseases: 1. conjunctivitis, which is accompanied by more intraocular discharge, and can be treated symptomatically with local antibiotic drops or eye ointment. If the discharge is very much, the foreign body should be scrubbed clean with a sterile cotton swab dipped in physiological saline before local medication; 2. impingement, mild impingement requires direct extraction or electrolysis of the hair follicle, while severe impingement requires corrective surgery for impingement; 3. intraocular foreign body, traumatic intraocular foreign body requires going to the hospital and having the doctor carefully examine the foreign body under the slit lamp to remove it, and then treat it symptomatically with local antibiotic drops or eye ointment.
