(1) Inadequate blood supply to the cesarean incision, which affects the healing of the incision. (2) Improper timing of surgery, either too early or too late in pregnancy, is not conducive to incision healing. (3) The surgical position is too high and the incision position is poorly docked and sutured, which affects healing. (4) Postoperative incisional infection resulting in poor incisional healing. (5) Improper surgical operation, poorly aligned incision edges, lack of suture tightness and sparseness. (6) Residual incisional sutures: This may be due to personal constitution and non-absorption of sutures, or use of non-absorbable sutures. (7) Poor choice of uterine incision location during repeat cesarean section.
