Drug liver injury usually needs to be distinguished from mild, moderate or severe by clinical symptoms and liver function and INR indexes.
1. Mild: TBil or GLT may be elevated restoratively, with or without malaise, weakness, anorexia, right upper abdominal pain, yellowing of skin and mucous membranes, itching of skin, skin rash, and weight loss.
2. Moderate: the TBil is greater than or equal to 2.5 ULN and the INR is greater than or equal to 1.5, and the serum aminotransferase value continues to rise. Symptoms in the mild stage are worse than before.
3. Severe: its TBil is greater than or equal to 5 ULN, with or without an INR greater than or equal to 1.5, and the symptoms of the moderate period are further aggravated, requiring hospitalization or prolonged hospitalization.
If drug-related liver injury exists, regardless of its severity, you should go to the hospital in time and be given relevant treatment measures with the help of your doctor.
