The placenta is low in early and middle pregnancy. As the gestational weeks increase, the placenta in the lower part of the uterus can change into a normal position placenta with the upward movement of the uterine body. Placenta hypoplasia and placenta previa have no effect on the fetus if there is no bleeding. If there is bleeding, the bleeding is not much and there is no secondary anemia or infection, it will not affect the fetus, but if there is a lot of bleeding, it may affect the fetus. If there is bleeding, bed rest is recommended (in China, hospitalization is recommended for fetal preservation), avoiding violent coughing, constipation and straining to relieve stool, prohibiting sexual intercourse and internal examination. Change sanitary napkins and underwear regularly, pay attention to body temperature and blood count, and follow up if there is abdominal pain, heavy bleeding or odor. If you have constipation, you can adjust your diet: drink honey water every day, eat fruits such as bananas and apples, and vegetables such as celery and leeks may improve constipation. If you have the urge to have a bowel movement as soon as possible. My own trick is to drink a glass of warm water every morning at about 7:00 a.m. and have a bowel movement between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., forming a habit of constipation will be significantly improved.
