Is heel pain a kidney deficiency?

The disharmony between the yin and yang of the kidneys can lead to poor blood flow in the kidneys, which prevents the blood from reaching the body smoothly to nourish the muscles and bones and can lead to uncomfortable symptoms in some parts of the body, including the feet. When the kidneys are deficient, some people will have uncomfortable symptoms in the feet, which include edema in the feet, edema in the lower limbs, difficulty walking on both feet, redness and swelling of the skin in the feet and lower leg areas, etc. These external symptoms are usually caused by kidney deficiency, such as spleen and kidney yang deficiency, kidney deficiency, etc. In the system of Chinese medicine, the kidney is the master of bone. The bones of the human body are nourished by the kidneys, and if the bones are painful for no reason, it is mostly due to problems with the kidneys. Kidney deficiency can cause heel pain, but it is not possible to determine whether it is kidney deficiency by the single symptom of heel pain. If the body is accompanied by other symptoms, such as dizziness, weakness of the waist and knees, hair loss, loose teeth and other symptoms, then it can be basically determined that it is caused by kidney deficiency. In daily life, the feet are the parts that carry more weight, so they need to be taken care of carefully. When kidney deficiency leads to heel pain, to take the right medicine under the guidance of a doctor, patients can soak their feet every night before going to bed, which helps to smooth the blood circulation in the feet. At the same time hot water can stimulate the foot acupuncture points, which is good for the treatment of foot pain.
