Increased and blurred lung texture in both lower lungs is a term used to describe changes in the lungs under imaging. Lung texture refers to the airways and lymphatic vessels of the lungs, and increased and blurred lung texture is most often seen in patients who usually smoke or have acute bronchitis. If the patient is accompanied by symptoms of cough, sputum, chest tightness, and fever consider acute bronchitis, if the patient is temporarily asymptomatic it may be a lung deposition caused by usual smoking or exposure to dust. After symptomatic treatment if the lung texture is increased and blurred caused by acute bronchitis, it can be restored to normal lung texture, if it is caused by stimulation such as smoking or dust it needs to be reviewed regularly.
