Surgical procedures for children with head stiffness

In children with pediatric cerebral palsy, the stiffness of the neck muscles causes the head to lose its flexibility and prevent it from tilting forward or backward. The treatment for these symptoms is surgical, i.e., common carotid artery dissection. This specific surgical procedure and recovery is followed up with a special follow-up and detailed documentation of the process. At 10:25, the pediatric cerebral palsy patient begins the surgical procedure, which will last approximately one hour. We will wait patiently for the surgery to finish. The child’s mother: I don’t know if this surgery will restore the child’s health. Can he live and study like a normal child? The operation ended successfully at 11:25 and the pediatric cerebral palsy patient was taken out of the operating room. All went well and now the main thing to do is post-surgery care and infection prevention. Dr. Chongwang Chang: The child’s surgery went well. We used minimally invasive surgery, so there is no need to worry about the child leaving a big scar in the future. Now, the main thing is to keep up with the nutritional supplements and the care of the child’s head, which must be paid attention to. Dr. Chongwang Chang: In the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy, we mainly use the “gradient therapy”, which is a new treatment method I discovered after treating various cases of pediatric cerebral palsy. I found that the traditional treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy is mainly one way of treating pediatric cerebral palsy, which is not comprehensive at all. There would be many flaws arising from the treatment, and each method would not be able to treat comprehensively. Therefore, I created this new treatment by combining the advantages of various treatments on this basis. This treatment is very comprehensive, taking the strengths of various schools of thought and combining them with my own clinical treatment methods, which is my “gradient therapy”. ”Gradient Therapy”: This therapy has an effect in treating pediatric cerebral palsy that cannot be matched by other modalities. It is a new treatment that combines rehabilitation, medication, surgery, and follow-up visits. Through this therapy, more than 2000 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy have been successfully treated, and the patients have reported good results. This therapy integrates the traditional treatment methods and removes the shortcomings of those treatment methods. Dr. Chongwang Chang: So here is a message for parents of children with cerebral palsy: you must pay attention to the way and method of treating your child’s cerebral palsy, and you should not blindly seek medical help. This may not work very well, and may also allow those unscrupulous medical institutions or black drugs to harm the patients themselves and the families themselves.
