What to do if your eyes are bleeding due to high blood pressure

If the amount of bleeding is small, no special treatment is needed, oral vitamin C, vitamin E and rutin can be taken to promote blood absorption; however, if the bleeding is large, the bleeding should be stopped immediately and anti-hypertensive drugs, such as enalapril, should be taken, and surgery or laser treatment is feasible for severe cases. In general, attention should also be paid to preventive blood pressure control, a light diet, quitting smoking and drinking, and regular exercise.
