The best time for babies to swim

The best time for children to swim should be decided on an individual basis, and it is usually recommended to start about one hour after the end of feeding. Also, it should be chosen around 10:00 am or 4:00 pm as much as possible. For pediatric patients, swimming time varies greatly on an individual basis and there is no fixed point in time. Swimming can usually be done when they are sleeping well, eating well and in good spirits. It is generally recommended clinically that swimming be done about 1 hour after the end of feeding to avoid causing indigestion and choking. In addition, around 10:00 am as well as 4:00 pm, infants are more energetic, which is conducive to free movement of limbs in the pool. Therefore, it is recommended that parents take their infants to swim training again during the above-mentioned time period. At the same time, it should be noted that frequent swimming is not recommended, generally 1-2 times a week is appropriate. In addition, the temperature in the room should be controlled to stay around 25℃ when swimming, and if the weather is cold, there should also be heating measures to avoid catching cold.
