What about biventricular repair with double right ventricular outlet

Objective To summarize the experience of biventricular repair of complete endocardial cushion defects combined with right ventricular double outlet. Methods From July 2006 to November 209, six patients with complete endocardial cushion defects combined with right ventricular double outlet were repaired by the two-piece method. The right ventricular outflow tract was repaired across the annulus with a valved patch in cases with a small pulmonary artery annulus. One postoperative death occurred in 16.6% of cases, while the rest recovered well. Conclusion A complete endocardial cushion defect combined with a right ventricular double outlet in a one-stage biventricular repair can achieve good results.
