Recurrence of pre-excitation syndrome after ablation can be treated with radiofrequency ablation and medication again. Recurrence after radiofrequency ablation is considered to be caused by arrhythmia when the main bypass channel is blocked and other bypass channels are revealed. There is also the recurrence of arrhythmia caused by incomplete ablation. We can do intracardiac electrophysiologic examination and perform radiofrequency ablation again. Recurrence after radiofrequency ablation can also be treated with antiarrhythmic drugs, which cannot cure but can control tachyarrhythmia, such as propafenone hydrochloride and amiodarone. If the recurrence of tachyarrhythmia is not well controlled by drugs, it is still recommended to do radiofrequency ablation again. The cure rate is high if you see a doctor promptly after a recurrence of preexcitation syndrome and do radiofrequency ablation again.
