The artificial hip joint replacement is a “last resort”, so not all patients with hip joint disease are suitable for this surgery. Artificial hip replacement is suitable for the following groups of people: 1, advanced osteoarthritis; 2, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 3, ischemic necrosis of the femoral head; 4, femoral neck fracture: elderly people over 60 years of age, obvious displacement of the fracture or old fracture of the femoral neck; 5, hip subluxation, dislocation; 6, acetabular dysplasia combined with severe secondary osteoarthritis; 7, ankylosis of the hip joint; 8. Periarticular tumors (benign and malignant).
