For perianal itching, topical antipruritic treatment with florideasy ointment and compounded glyburide lotion can be used, as well as antiallergic treatment with benadryl, paracetamol, promethazine and vitamin C under the guidance of a doctor. If the skin around the anus becomes infected, anti-inflammatory treatment with antibiotics should also be administered. Avoid eating spicy and irritating food and alcohol during medication treatment to avoid aggravating the condition. More fresh vegetables and fruits should be eaten to facilitate bowel movement. There are many causes of perianal itching, and the use of medication for symptomatic treatment can only stop the itching and cannot solve the underlying problem.
