Retinal fissures do not repair themselves. If it is a dry hole without combined retinal detachment, it is recommended to follow medical advice and take treatment such as laser closure of the fissure.
If the combined retinal detachment shows obvious visual field defects, vision loss, visual distortion and other symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible and take surgical treatment.
