Fungal otitis externa, must promptly seek medical treatment, under the guidance of the doctor using antifungal drugs.

Fungal infection in the ear generally refers to fungal otitis externa. There are many kinds of fungi in nature, especially in tropical and subtropical areas with high temperature and humidity, fungi breed and reproduce faster, some of which can invade the human external auditory canal, proliferate in the external auditory canal and cause corresponding symptoms.

Local treatment: use sterilized saline or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution (hydrogen peroxide) to clean the fungal clumps and scabs, use cotton swabs to wipe dry, and then locally apply anti-fungal drugs such as miconazole nitrate cream or mycophenolate ointment, or 1% salicylic acid spiritus, and 1% amphotericin B ointment.

Oral antifungal drugs: commonly used such as ketoconazole, itraconazole capsules, amphotericin B and other treatments.
