Dizziness caused by the ear is mainly seen in the following diseases: 1. otoliths, which is a sudden vertigo that occurs when the patient changes head position and body position. The onset of the disease does not last more than one minute and is attenuated. The dizziness of this patient may be accompanied by symptoms of autonomic disorders, but the patient does not have tinnitus and other manifestations; 2. Meniere’s disease, in which the patient is uncomfortable with vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus, and a feeling of stuffiness in the ear. Patients require more than two episodes to be diagnosed with this disease, which is more common in female patients; 3. Sudden deafness with vertigo, the main manifestation of this patient is sudden hearing loss and vertigo, which is a more urgent disease in ENT department, and it is recommended to be hospitalized for infusion treatment as soon as possible.
