Domestic drugs for premature ejaculation

Currently available domestic medications for the treatment of premature ejaculation include oral dapoxetine hydrochloride and topical compounded lidocaine cream. Dapoxetine hydrochloride is indicated for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men between the ages of 18 and 64 who meet the following criteria 1. persistent or repeated ejaculation during the period before and after entry of the penis during the performance of sexual intercourse, and due to smaller stimuli when both partners have not completed sexual intercourse. 2. Significant personal low self-esteem and impaired emotional communication due to premature ejaculation. 3. Poor ejaculatory control. Compound Lidocaine Cream is a topical anesthetic medication. It can be applied to the head of the penis before sexual intercourse, mainly through the local anesthetic effect to reduce glans sensitivity, thus delaying the ejaculation latency. Adverse reactions may produce burning and itching sensation at the initial stage of use, but this is relatively rare. The drug should be used under the guidance of the clinician, and at the same time change the lifestyle and dietary habits, such as going to bed early and getting up early, not staying up late, and exercising more.
