What do children need to grow taller?

As parents, everyone wants their purple children to grow taller. Boys should be handsome and strong, and girls should be slim and graceful. In clinical practice, we often encounter cases where the height standard is low or parents have a need to increase the height of their children. The growth level of the human body is mainly determined by two stages: infancy and adolescence. Some children are born prematurely and grow a beat slower than normal at all stages of development. Some children are affected by various diseases that slow down or stagnate their growth and development; some children are affected by impaired absorption of nutrients, blind use of tonic or drugs that interfere with normal growth and development, or even precocious maturity that stalls growth and development in advance; some children are affected by parents’ lack of knowledge of growth and development, failure to regulate nutrition, exercise, sleep and other aspects, and failure to give children effective growth and development Some children have missed the best time to grow taller because their parents lack knowledge of growth and development, and do not regulate them in terms of nutrition and sleep, and do not give them effective growth testing and evaluation. Our hearts were saddened to see many children lose the opportunity to grow medically due to delayed diagnosis and treatment, and the children wept on the spot. In short, there is no such thing as a child who cannot grow taller, only the misconception of fluke and blind waiting. Parents should first establish a scientific concept of physiology, pay full attention to their children’s growth and development, eliminate misconceptions, and understand the key ways for children to grow taller. Parents’ learning and concepts will make their children take many detours and have a better future.
