The significance of white blood cells in the white belt test

When women have a routine leukocyte test, it is often necessary to check the white blood cells, and the significance of the test is to see if the inflammation is serious, because a high number of white blood cells usually means that the inflammation is more serious. There are various pathogenic bacteria in women’s vagina, mainly Lactobacillus as the dominant bacteria, other pathogenic groups are less, so the normal vaginal white blood cells are less, the number of white blood cells in the routine leukocyte test, usually is below one +. A dysbiosis in the vaginal environment often leads to the growth of other pathogenic bacteria, and a large number of pathogenic bacteria will reflexively lead to an increase in leukocytes. Because white blood cells need to swallow these pathogenic bacteria, if an abnormal increase in white blood cells is found during a routine white belt test, it usually means that there is vaginal inflammation, and the more white blood cells, the more serious the inflammation. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the type of vaginitis according to the other tests of the routine leukocyte test and then to treat it with the right vaginal medication. If three or more white blood cells are found, along with mold and spores, that usually means that you have mycosis fungoides.
