At present, premature ejaculation is generally divided into four categories, namely primary premature ejaculation, secondary premature ejaculation, natural variant premature ejaculation and premature ejaculation-like ejaculatory dysfunction. The natural variation of premature ejaculation and premature ejaculation-like ejaculatory dysfunction are very common, but not really a disease, male friends, such as encountering these two cases, do not put the hat of premature ejaculation on themselves, adding unnecessary worries. 1, primary premature ejaculation: Premature ejaculation occurs during the first sexual intercourse, and this state persists. The clinical characteristics are: premature ejaculation occurs almost every time you have sex; it occurs (almost) during sex with any sexual partner; it has been present since about the first time you have sex; the majority (90%) of cases have an ejaculation time of 30 to 60 seconds or less. 2, secondary premature ejaculation: characterized by gradual or sudden onset, normal ejaculation before onset, generally not as serious as primary premature ejaculation. The clinical characteristics are: rapid ejaculation occurs at some point in the patient’s life; the latency period of intravaginal ejaculation is normal in most cases before premature ejaculation; premature ejaculation appears suddenly or gradually; the appearance of ejaculation disorder may be related to erectile dysfunction, chronic prostatitis, thyroid insufficiency and other diseases and psychological or interpersonal problems. 3. Natural variant of premature ejaculation: ejaculation occurs only occasionally or under certain specific conditions, and most cases of normal ejaculation should not be regarded as a real pathological symptom. Premature ejaculation-like ejaculatory dysfunction: It refers to the subjective feeling of men themselves or their sexual partners and complains of premature ejaculation, psychological or interpersonal problems may be the underlying cause and should not be regarded as a pathological symptom. Its clinical characteristics are: subjective feeling of rapid ejaculation and lack of control of ejaculation during sexual intercourse; actual intravaginal ejaculatory latency is within the normal range.
