How to relieve dizziness and tears

Patients who experience dizziness with tearing may suffer from increased intraocular pressure. Anemia or hypertension, or a cold, may cause similar symptoms. In clinical practice, treatment should be directed at the cause. Increased intraocular pressure can cause glaucoma, which can be treated clinically with carbonic anhydrase inhibitor drugs, or with trichothecene, which can narrow the pupil, open the atrial angle, lower intraocular pressure, and relieve the symptoms of tearing and pain. Patients with anemia or hypertension need timely targeted treatment. After anemia, they should rest and supplement nutrients in a timely manner. Hypertensive episodes can be treated with vasodilators or diuretics to lower blood pressure as much as possible and stabilize it. The symptoms of dizziness after a cold, combined with local inflammatory reactions, can cause symptoms of tearing, which can be treated with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial drugs.
