Premature ejaculation can take gentian diarrhea liver soup plus subtractions, gui spleen soup plus subtractions and so on.
1. Premature ejaculation, easy to lift the penis, accompanied by bitter mouth and dry throat, chest tightness and dystocia (pain in the area of coercion and ribs), wet and itchy scrotum, yellowish and turbid urine, red tongue, yellowish and greasy moss, and slippery and numbered pulse. Gentian Diarrhea Liver Tang can be taken. If there is excessive dampness and heat, add bitter ginseng, white-flower snakeweed, cypress; if there is dampness and itching in the scrotum, add earth poria, groundnut, snakebite. Contraindications to use, adverse reactions are not clear.
2. Premature ejaculation, palpitation and dizziness (violent heartbeat, panic), forgetfulness and dreaminess, poor appetite, abdominal distension and loose stools, fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), pale tongue, weak pulse. This formula can be taken as Gui Spleen Soup. If accompanied by kidney deficiency, add Cornus officinalis, Cortex Eucommiae, Semen Cuscutae, Zingiber officinalis and Fructus Fructus; if heart yin is deficient, combine with Sheng Wei San. Contraindications to use, adverse reactions are not clear.
