She had been treated with her own medication, but the results were not satisfactory.
The patient’s general examination showed a body temperature of 36.7°C, pulse rate of 79 beats/min, respiration of 18 breaths/min, and blood pressure of 119/76 mmHg. There was no pressure pain or rebound pain, and no obvious masses were palpated in the adnexa bilaterally. The vaginal discharge examination showed cleanliness grade III, Trichomonas (-), Candida (-), no intraepithelial lesions on TCT, inflammatory reactive changes in epithelial cells, HPV complete set (-), and the patient was diagnosed with cervical glandular cyst.

After the etiology was clearly identified, the patient was given conservative treatment, including the administration of compound metronidazole vaginal suppositories for 2 weeks, and the patient complained that her leucorrhea had decreased and was odorless. However, due to the presence of cysts in the patient, after conservative treatment, the patient eventually wished to be completely cured. The patient was informed that the vaginal discharge was rechecked 3 days after menstruation, and the result showed that the vaginal discharge was II degree clean, Trichomonas (-) and Candida (-), and the patient was given BBT self-coagulation treatment, which was successful, and the patient was told to follow up in 7 weeks.

IV. Precautions
After the vaginal medication and BBT self-coagulation, the patient’s cervical glandular cyst was successfully cured, I am very happy for the patient. Immunity, regular re-examination, timely detection of problems, if there are any uncomfortable symptoms must be timely medical consultation.
V. Personal insight
Cervical glandular cyst is a physiological change of the cervix, the patient shows more leucorrhea with fishy smell and sometimes has back pain, but after vaginal medication and BBT self-coagulation, the patient’s cervical glandular cyst was successfully cured with satisfactory treatment results. It is very important to pay attention to the cleanliness of the perineum in daily life, otherwise it will easily lead to infection and cause a series of lesions. Although patients are cured after treatment, they should not relax their vigilance and regular checkups are very important, and annual medical checkups should be conducted in life to detect problems and treat them in time.
