A hard nucleus around the anus is judged as follows: 1. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids: caused by the consumption of chili peppers, alcohol or dry stools, resulting in the rupture of the subcutaneous blood vessels around the anus and the inability to discharge blood. Initially, the patient usually shows swelling and pain, and later there are no obvious pain symptoms and may be a black blood clot; 2. Inflammatory external hemorrhoids: caused by the gradual absorption of acute inflammation, usually a hard mass of connective tissue. Patients may have no obvious pain symptoms, and there is a foreign body sensation around the anus, causing discomfort, itching or dampness, which usually requires surgical treatment.
