Analysis of anal swelling

Anal swelling is different from anal pain. In the light case, local swelling and swelling, falling, in the heavy case, frequent squatting, and heavy falling after stool, which is very painful and not uncommon clinically, anal swelling is related to a variety of perianal rectal diseases, such as inflammatory stimulation, swelling stimulation, and anorectal pressure increase can cause different degrees of falling sensation, which need to be carefully identified clinically. Inflammatory stimulation such as bacillary dysentery, various proctitis, early rectal submucosal abscesses, etc. lead to increased rectal pressure; perianal diseases such as sinusitis, anal papillitis (i.e. anal papillomegaly edema), external hemorrhoid edema and postoperative trauma stimulation of various perianal diseases lead to increased anal canal pressure, etc. can cause different degrees of anal drop. 2, tumor stimulation such as rectal cancer, prostate cancer, rectal polyps including rectal choroidal papilloma and other pressure stimulation rectal end pressure receptors, resulting in frequent bowel movements. 3, the stimulation of prolapse diseases such as repeated prolapse of internal hemorrhoids, internal hemorrhoids embedded (i.e., prolapse can not return after the bruising), rectal prolapse and other repeated stimulation of the anal canal and rectal end due to prolapse. 4, fecal pressure Long-term constipation or fecal impaction of patients, due to fecal stimulation of anorectal pressure receptors and feces can not be smoothly solved. 5, anal neurosis Some may suffer from a very mild disease, but every day all the time concerned about their condition, and even panic, it is difficult to sleep, and finally the formation of anal neurosis, resulting in abnormal anal swelling. Anorectal cramps can be initially identified by the duration and degree of cramps. For example, if the internal hemorrhoid is embedded, rectal tumor, or anal foreign body, the swelling is persistent and has nothing to do with defecation. The swelling after internal hemorrhoid ligation, internal hemorrhoid injection, or other perianal surgery has an obvious surgical history, that is, it is caused by the stimulation of the trauma after surgery, and the swelling will be gradually reduced as the trauma grows or the ligature falls off. Once there is a period of anorectal swelling, it is recommended that we do not take matters into our own hands, not to mention indifferent, but should actively look for the causes and investigate the condition, so that the disease can be treated early and prevented before the disease.
